Keep metal away from the antenna zone — foiling, holographic finishes and stapled lanyards can detune the chip if they overlap the coil.
Encoding strategy
For most events, each badge is encoded with a unique URL containing the attendee's ID — e.g. events.example.com/a/8F2K1. The event app or web hub looks up the ID and renders the attendee's schedule, contacts and content.
